Cyber security is a concern for many European governments and military forces. It is key for government agencies to make sure detection systems are up to date to combat the latest threats faced to computer systems.
Cybercrimes are also becoming very sophisticated with many criminals creating new ways to breach computer systems. It is critical that governments have strong threat intelligence systems to monitor the potential breaches and combat the cybercrimes before any damage is done to critical infrastructures.
Cyber Intelligence Europe brings together leading officials from across Europe to discuss cyber security strategies and policies, combating cybercrimes, threat intelligence, detection systems, cyber laws and international cooperation.
With the event taking place in Vienna, Austria on the 24th – 26th September 2019 you will have the opportunity to meet with many senior officials from across the Austrian Government and Armed Forces.
To be part of our 7th annual Cyber Intelligence Europe conference and exhibition either as a speaker, sponsors, exhibitor or as a delegate please contact us at email@example.com or +44 (0)1582 346 706.

In the complex and ever-changing strategic landscape, the demand for increased situational awareness continues to grow. As a decisive and indispensable tool, air-based ISTAR is increasingly relied upon to deliver tactical data and intelligence for commanders, as well as deliver effective strategic deterrence.
SMi’s 5th annual Airborne ISR conference will focus on the platforms and supporting infrastructures of Airborne ISR operations when it returns to London, UK on the 23rd and 24th October 2019. SMi’s Maritime Information Warfare conference is returning to London, UK on 18 – 19 November 2019 for its 3rd year, with the aim of exploring how information warfare can be maximised and managed for the modern navy.
The two-day event will focus on the strategies, systems and new technologies set to increase information warfare capabilities, as well as the challenges associated with engaging in information warfare. Gaining operational effectiveness via “information advantage” is vital to the abilities of any Navy, as rapid technological advances change the way maritime forces utilise and manage information.
Key topics set to be discussed at this year’s event include: AI, Information Exploitation and Big Data, Cyber Security and Defence, C4ISR and much more. The focus will be on these key themes, as well as building on the Royal Ex Information Warrior exercises, and the latest developments and novel approaches in the sector, as we look at how both military and industry can utilise these capabilities to improve operations.
Major navies such as the UK and US have already established significant cyber divisions, for example the US’s dedicated 10th fleet, which goes to show how navies are recognising the need to prioritise ‘Information Warfare’ in order to maintain strength in the maritime sphere.
Highlights of the 2019 conference include:
- Keynote Briefing from Commodore Ian Annett, Assistant Chief of Staff Information Warfare and Chief Information Officer, Royal Navy, on the Future of Royal Navy Developments and Capabilities

SMi Group are proud to announce that the 20th annual Military Airlift and Air-to-Air Refuelling conference and exhibition will return this December to Lisbon, Portugal, where key upgrade programmes for the C-27J and C-130J are underway.
As strategic and heavy airlift continues to drive expeditionary capability – the market capitalisation of this mission critical sector continues to grow. Delivering ‘boots on the ground’, as well as material, cargo and humanitarian relief remains a fundamental capability for modern air forces.
With the Airbus A400M programme developing within Europe at pace, Lockheed expanding their market capitalisation within the US through the C-5 and C-17, and Embraer breaking into the sector with a new joint venture to challenge the traditional players – this is a critical time in the industry.
Similarly, the growing use of commercial providers to deliver MRO and other services has grown as the outsourcing of these expensive sovereign assets becomes a priority for many fledging and established forces.
With unparalleled networking opportunities, the Military Airlift and Air-Air Refuelling conference remains a key calendar date for anyone involved in air mobility!

We are pleased to announce our 3rd annual CBRNe Summit Asia conference & exhibition which will take place in Bangkok, Thailand on the 3-5 December 2019. CBRNe threats in the region are becoming a great concern to the local governments. With more threats being faced to civilians our event would provide you a great opportunity to hear from the region’s leading CBRNe units.
Asia is a continent that is developing city infrastructures and the threat of CBRNe attacks has increased with many governments and armed forces creating strong CBRNe countermeasures and training personnel on CBRNe response techniques.
Natural disasters are a regular occurrence in Asia, and this increases the likelihood of infectious diseases which can spread easily amongst the general population. There is an importance to recognise diseases that can spread and make sure medical centres, emergency services and military personnel have availability to medical countermeasures.
To be part of our international CBRNe Summit Asia conference & exhibition either as a speaker, sponsor, exhibitor or delegate please contact us either by telephone +44 (0)1582 346 706 or email email@example.com

Through state-of-the-art national security programs, Dubai serves as a benchmark of urban safety. The city continues to set global standards for crime prevention despite boasting a booming tourism industry and a transient population. Commendably, the organization at the core of these security frameworks is The Dubai Police. With this in mind, we are pleased to organize the Future Crimes Prevention and Reductions World Congress under the patronage of The Dubai Police to highlight the programs underwriting UAE’s nation-wide safety strategies while exploring the global initiatives shaping the future of urban safety and security. This unprecedented 2- day summit is dedicated to both strengthening the future of community policing and exchanging best-practices in crime prevention.

Safety and Security within urban areas are becoming a major concern for many governments and law enforcement officials. With more protests, international events, riots and gang violence happening in major cities there is a need for increased security.
Our inaugural Urban Safety and Security Europe conference and exhibition will look into many aspects of safety and security in urban areas such as city centres, shopping centres, stadiums and transport hubs. With cuts in the policing budget many local constabularies have limited officers walking the streets of city centres and shopping centres which has led to a great importance for other stakeholders to be made aware of the risks, threats and challenges faced in urban areas.
The event will also look into other important areas within this arena such as how local hospitals deal with mass casualties and traumas. Reviewing hospital preparedness and response to mass casualties and how they liaise with other local public sector agencies when dealing with large scale casualties.
Urban Safety and Security Europe will take place in Manchester, United Kingdom on the 18th – 19thFebruary 2020. Manchester provides an interesting case study due to the fact that Manchester is a large city with one of the largest shopping centres in the UK, the Trafford Centre, as well as having two football stadiums in the city centre.
